How to Support?
If you would like to support affordable housing and housing support initiatives in the Region of Queens Municipality, you can donate to the Queens Affordable Housing and Supports Fund, accessed through the Community Foundation of Nova Scotia.
The fund is raising monies to support affordable and sustainable housing projects and initiatives within Queens. This includes projects like Queens Neighbourhood Co-operative Housing (QNCH) or Helping Hands, a project being developed by Queens Care Society to help our elder population age in place.
The Queens Affordable Housing and Supports Fund is stewarded by the Community Foundation of Nova Scotia, who help build vibrant communities of belonging, respect, and possibility. To Donate:

Donations to the Fund will receive a charitable tax receipt. We can also accept cheques written out to Community Foundation of Nova Scotia with Queen’s Affordable Housing and Supports Fund in the Memo line.
